Academy
Learn by working on real initiatives.
Tools change quickly; the ability to learn stays. In the Academy, people learn by working in teams, alongside more experienced colleagues and AI agents, on concrete parts of the initiatives we run: students and recent graduates, professionals, company teams and universities.
Skills grow best when there is a real problem to solve.
Lessons and study time are still useful, and we use them when the work calls for them. The heart of the path, though, is practice: a concrete goal, a team to work with and someone who reviews the result with you.
- In a team working on a concrete part of an initiative
- With people and AI agents on the same platform, Q01
- With study time when the work calls for it
- Reviews of your work and feedback from team leads
- Responsibilities that grow with experience
- A documented record of what you have done
How you join and how you grow
- 01
Introduce yourself
Tell us who you are, what you can do and what you want to learn. Together we look at where there is room, based on the programs underway.
- 02
Join a team
You work on a concrete part of an initiative, with a clear role and goals, alongside people and AI agents.
- 03
Get feedback
Your work is reviewed: what works and what needs improving becomes material for learning.
- 04
Build your skills
Over time you can take on coordination roles or develop an initiative of your own.
Opportunities depend on the programs running at the time; we discuss them together after you get in touch.
