Four steps, adapted to the idea

Validation
Using design thinking and lean tools, we check whether the problem exists, for whom, and who would be willing to pay to solve it.

Feasibility
We clarify what it takes to build it: technology, skills, time, resources and the main risks.

The team
We put together a working group with the roles that are really needed: founders, people, including from the Academy, and AI agents.
- 04
Build and grow
We build on Q01, so what is built can evolve, and support the team with method, mentoring and the Federation network.
The program helps reduce uncertainty, not remove it: market response, investment and later technical choices depend on what emerges along the way.
