Q01 Federation · Naples — Node 01

Building together with partners.

No single organization has every skill an initiative needs. Through the Federation we work with software companies, consultants, incubators, universities, infrastructure providers and regions to help clients build capabilities and keep developing them over time. Each partner brings what it does best, within shared programs and rules.

The partner’s role

From software vendors to Capability Enablers.

With AI, building software takes less time, and the value a client looks for shifts toward understanding the business, integrating systems and keeping what has been built moving forward. We call a partner who supports the client in this work a Capability Enabler. It is the direction we see, and one we propose to take together.

How work is often organized today
  • The company writes the requirements
  • The vendor builds and delivers
  • Much of the knowledge stays with the vendor
  • Every change becomes a new project
How we work with partners
  • Company and partner agree on goals and responsibilities
  • People and AI agents work on the same platform
  • Knowledge is shared and stays accessible to the company
  • The partner supports ongoing development

Technical work remains central. What changes is the responsibility the partner takes for the client’s outcome, and with it the length of the relationship.

What a partner can bring

Different roles, one network

  • Delivery

    Software companies and system integrators

You bring technical skills and clients. With PLAN and Q01 you can help them build and develop their capabilities, in programs shared with the Lanificio.

  • Sales network

    Resellers and sales consultants

You know your clients’ needs. Together we qualify them and offer access to programs and delivery capacity.

  • Domain

    Industry consultants

You bring the knowledge of processes and markets needed to clarify the problem and follow the initiative over time.

  • Ecosystems

    Incubators and innovation ecosystems

Collaborations and agreements that connect validation, teams and development for the ventures you support.

  • Research

    Universities and research centers

Structured paths that connect research, education and entrepreneurial initiatives, and collaboration on programs.

  • Infrastructure

    Cloud providers and data centers

Integration with the platform and operating opportunities defined case by case, with specific roles and requirements.

  • Regions

    Institutions and regions

Shared goals on skills, new businesses, qualified jobs and regeneration, to be measured over time.

How the network works

Two different networks that can grow together

The skills and ecosystem network brings together those who contribute people, knowledge, clients and programs. The infrastructure network brings together those who provide environments where applications can run. A partner can belong to just one of the two: working with us does not mean becoming a node with its own cluster.

Growth follows a path: consolidate the work in Naples, document the method so others can apply it, validate it with a first partner node and only then extend it, based on results and operating conditions we can verify.

In detail · infrastructure nodes

How an infrastructure becomes a node

  1. 01

    Agreement

Agreements with the node are signed.

  2. 02

    Connection

At least one cluster is connected to the platform.

  3. 03

    Validation

A first deployment is completed and verified.

  4. 04

    Operation

    The operating plan is formalized.

For each node we describe the guarantees actually available, for example on where data is stored, without blanket promises.
