The PLAN method
Tools, places, people and relationships in one project.
In many organizations, digital tools, skills, workplaces and partner relationships are managed separately. Each works on its own, but the initiative pays for the gaps between them: information gets lost, people are left out, vendors work without context. PLAN is the method we use to keep them together in every program.

Each dimension provides a different resource. The value comes from making them work together on the same initiative, with shared goals and responsibilities.

What each dimension brings
Platform · Q01
Q01 keeps the initiative’s context: goals, decisions, documents, code and the knowledge produced along the way. People and AI agents work on the same information, and what gets built stays reviewable.
In a program, it is where the plan and responsibilities are agreed before building, and where development is supported after release. It is also what keeps the other dimensions from losing what they produce.
Location · the place
The Ex Lanificio Borbonico provides space for workshops, working sessions, training and events. Meeting in person helps clarify a problem, make decisions together and build trust between the client’s team, ours and the partners.
The place is where we meet, not a requirement: teams can also work remotely and come together when it matters.
Academy · the people
The Academy develops people through the real initiatives in our programs: participants learn by doing, with reviews of their work and guidance from more experienced colleagues.
For a company, it means its own people come out of the program able to use and develop what was built. Without this, the platform would keep the knowledge but no one would know how to use it.
Network · the network
The network provides expertise and infrastructure that no single organization holds on its own: software companies, system integrators, consultants, universities, incubators, infrastructure providers.
In a program, partners join where they are needed, working on the same context and under shared rules. That way their contribution stays with the company after the engagement ends.
The four dimensions on one initiative
A company wants to make customer requests easier to handle. The goal is to handle them consistently: knowing who steps in, checking the answers and improving the service as needs change.

The method at work
