A program starts from a business initiative. In the first conversation we clarify together the problem, the priorities, who needs to be involved, the resources available and the results to check. Then we work in phases, alongside your team. Two formats: Innovation Bundle for companies and SMEs, Startup Bundle for founders, spin-offs and universities.
Eight phases, adapted to each initiative
We start from a concrete need: a service, a process, a product, a company to start.
We clarify the problem, the priorities, the people involved and the results to check. We agree on goals, responsibilities and resources before building.
We define the solution and how it fits with what the organization already has.
Teams of people and AI agents build the solution step by step, on Q01.
We check that what has been built meets the need, together with the people who will use it.
The solution enters daily work, with people ready to use it.
It is clear who decides on changes, who checks the results and what it costs to run.
When needs change, the capability is updated building on what has already been done.
Not every initiative goes through each phase in the same way: timing, activities and results are agreed program by program.
