Hearing what the data could not say
In a strategic consulting firm, everyday work means analyzing complex data coming from companies. The very first step, collecting the information, had become the most fragile one.
Information arrived in messy Excel sheets, scattered documents and mixed formats: data that was hard to read, incomplete and of little use for a clear assessment. Everything depended on slow, repetitive manual work.
This slowed down onboarding and made the assessment of organizational, administrative and accounting structures less immediate and harder to compare. A system was needed to sort, structure and return the data intelligently.
A platform that restores order and speeds up the work
A co-design journey with Iniziativa Cube through the Innovation Bundle. On the Q01 platform we built a web app to collect and analyze data on organizational, administrative and accounting structures.
The process was redesigned from the start: instead of scattered files, a modular questionnaire built around the real assessment logic and simple for every client to fill in.
Once it is completed, the system generates interactive dashboards that show weaknesses, indicators and strengths at a glance. The data no longer needs interpreting: it arrives sorted and already turned into useful knowledge.
