Disegnare il Futuro at the Apple Developer Academy: when change becomes a system
On September 9, at the Apple Developer Academy of the University of Naples Federico II, Lanificio Digitale and Italia Economy co-organized the second edition of Disegnare il Futuro Campania, bringing institutions, universities, business and finance together to discuss skills, innovation and the region.

The event that brought together those who decide
On September 9 at the Apple Developer Academy of the University of Naples Federico II, institutions, universities, businesses, and finance came together to discuss how to build together.
Disegnare il Futuro Campania, in its second edition, was designed as a place for discussion rather than a conference: institutions, universities, businesses, and finance talked about how change happens when fragmented initiatives come together as a system.
Lanificio Digitale and Italia Economy co-organized this space with a shared idea: changing a region takes the contribution of those who know it, those who train people, those who run businesses, and those who invest.
The three panels: where change takes shape
The first panel brought the underlying theme into focus: the link between skills and place. A region grows when it can develop and keep skills; skills create more value when they find a context in which to take root.
The second panel addressed innovation not as an isolated experiment, but as part of the way a company grows. When innovation is marginal, it disperses. When it is a system, it remains.
The third panel, moderated by Simona Zamparelli, turned vision into practice. We did not talk about how change should be. We looked at how change can be generative: how it turns disorder into structure, how it ensures that when a person is missing the process does not collapse. This is the change that remains.
Bussetti's talk: the change that lasts
Davide Bussetti, CEO of Lanificio Digitale, devoted his talk to the difference between short-lived change and change that lasts, and to the role the way we work plays in it.
People create value; shared knowledge, processes and tools make it possible to retain it, pass it on and expand it, reducing exclusive reliance on any single person. That is why real change is not what happens during a special program, but what becomes the ordinary way of working.
When institutions, universities, businesses, and finance collaborate around this question, they stop competing for space and start building together. Not because they are friends. Because they have understood that their individual interest depends on the collective interest.
What remains
Events end. Relationships remain. Questions remain.
What remains from Disegnare il Futuro Campania is the evidence that when the actors in the system stop acting in silos and start thinking together, the local area is no longer a constraint. It becomes a resource.
And the future, from something that is endured, becomes something that is truly designed.
